Airdrie Little League is excited about providing a Training and Development Program that includes Clinics for Coaches and Parents, Coach and Player Development Jamborees and memberships to Online Coach and Parent Resources.
Our mission is to provide children on our community with the opportunity to learn and play the game of baseball in a safe and supportive environment.

Coaches at Teenage Levels will have access to the online Advanced Resources added to the Coach 9-12 Programs.
Impact of Parents
We also understand that parents can have a significant impact on their player at home, as many of the players who have developed a passion for the game are those who practice and play at home with their parents and friends
Parent Resources
Airdrie Little League is providing Parents with access to online Parent resources aligned to the content and instruction the coaches receive. Using this approach Parents can reinforce the same techniques by doing drills, fun challenges and games together at home.

Activating your online Memberships
Coaches and Parents at each age level will receive an email, prior to the season, with information on how to activate their online Memberships and Log into the resources.
Big Al Baseball is providing the Coaching Clinics, Coach and Player Development Jamborees and the memberships to the online Coaching and Parent programs at no cost to Airdrie Little League.
